Linsie Lachapelle

General Manager

Linsie has been a dedicated member of Community Futures since 2004. In April 2022, she stepped into the role of General Manager, bringing years of experience and deep community knowledge to the position. Linsie is passionate about supporting rural communities in her region and is committed to fostering growth, resilience, and opportunity through her work.

Jan Morrison

Business Analyst

Jan serves as the Business Analyst at Community Futures. In this role, she supports the General Manager with the administration of the Lending Program, accounting, and special projects. Jan also provides coaching and mentorship to the Community Futures office team, contributing her expertise to help strengthen internal capacity and community impact.

Livia Frediani

Office Administrator

Livia is the Administrative Assistant at Community Futures, providing essential day-to-day support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. She is responsible for managing communications, scheduling, and client services, and plays a key role in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.

Arnice Asquin

Regional Business Liaison

With a robust background spanning business management, IT, and accounting, Arnice brings over 15 years of experience in public accounting, business consulting, and entrepreneurship. Her leadership roles and CPA accreditation underscore her commitment to fostering small business success in the Community Futures Sun Country region.

Andre Kuerbis

Regional Business Liaison

With a background in banking, certification in bookkeeping, and experience as an entrepreneur, Andre brings a wealth of financial acumen and a strong commitment to client success. His expertise supporting businesses in our region makes him an invaluable resource as Regional Business Liaison for Community Futures Sun Country.
